Problem: The roof covered in gravel had been leaking water into the building for years. This issue worsened after the installation of a new skylight over 12-months ago, causing serious damage to the buildings internal walls.

Building roof (240m²) of an Instrumentation & Control office within a Petrochemical Depot.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet RPA-01 & RPA-02.

Belzona Facts

The client unfortunately had no alternative due to the building being in an ATEX rated zone, and no other company being able to supply a cold-applied solution with such a quick turnaround due to the wet season looming in.
