Problem: Chemical attach onto the metal was taking a toll. The area was hard to shut down due to the need for this product during production.

Application Situation

The customer wanted to coat a previously uncoated Sulfuric Acid tank.

Application Method

The contractor used a heated plural component pump to do the application as per Belzona's spray instructions. The application was done in accordance to Belzona system leaflet TCC-5.

The Engineer had used Belzona at another plant and wanted to use Belzona for this application.
