Problem: The leak was over the hotel electrical room causing periodic power disruptions.

Application Situation

A leak had developed between the brick wall and the parking garage floor.

Application Method

Application was carried out using a modified version of Belzona System Leaflet RPA-1. The area along the wall and concrete floor was ground with a Vac-grinder to ensure a good surface for bonding beforec applying the Belzona 3121 system.

This use of Belzona 3121 allowed for a quick turn around and minimal disruption to the hotel vehicle traffic in the area.
