Problem: Customer has 52" flange on vessel that needs corrosion protection. Other vessels in unit have hefty fiberglass coverings that are difficult to remove and expensive to apply.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet GSS-11.

Belzona Facts

Customer saved several thousand dollars over previous FRP system with easier installation and now can inspect, or if vessel has to be opened, can use a box knife instead of a heat gun or grit blast equipment! Customer had seen Belzona 3411 advertised in Distributor Newsletter and thought it was worth trying this application. The unit was inspected 90 days after the install and it looked as good as it did on day 1.
