Problem: This building had been renovated, severe leaks were destroying new ceiling tiles and wallpaper. Flashings were pulled away from the wall and water gushed in.

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How Leaflet RPA-8.
Belzona Facts
240 linear feet by 2 feet wide was coated in five hours. One hour later, a heavy rain blew in, there were no leaks and no damage to the Belzona® 3111 (Flexible Membrane). The roof is now watertight.
