All pieces were assembled and kept together by help of metal templates and clamps until complete cure of the applied Belzona® 2211.
Belzona Facts
Belzona solution allowed the customer to save both time and additional expense for new rubber seals delivery. Alternative repair by hot vulcanization required special equipment and would be time consuming. Belzona provided a quick effective repair without heat and using available equipment. Delivery of new rubber seals would cost at least $5,000 while Belzona repair was $700 and avoided costly delays in dock.
