Problem: Due to the nature of the chemicals, the uncoated carbon steel tank required to be fully coated to prevent corrosion.

Application Situation
Un-utilized Diesel Storage tank required for Chemical storage.
Application Method
Application carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets TCC-5 and VPF-13. All nozzles had Belzona inserts fitted and all the flange faces were formed with Belzona® 1111.
Belzona Facts
The alternative was to fabricate a new tank in sections out of exotic steel and then assemble it in-situ in the middle of the rig which was deemed too costly.
