Belzona® 4111 (Magma Quartz)

Problem: Rough area caused vehicles to lose their load, creating a safety hazard and damage to package contents. In addition, the rough ride damaged sensitive electronic equipment.

Application Situation
Floor in front of highly trafficed overhead doorway leading to production area. Work had to be carefully scheduled so as not to impede constant traffic flow.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with the Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-1. Application was carried out in two halves so as not to disrupt constant traffic flow.
Belzona Facts
Safety concerns were paramount. One single piece of damaged electronics far surpassed the cost of the entire Belzona application. After 24 years, there is some slight damage, but the floor is still performing satisfactorily.
