- Putting it in place. Job completed.
Application Situation
Attaching steel plates to the top of a water tower for the purpose of mounting expensive new cell phone antennas.
Application Method
The IFU for the Belzona 1111 was followed. The MBX Bristle Blaster was used to prepare the tank. A grinder with a coarse wheel was used to prepare the plates. Non-chlorinated cleaner was used to clean the surfaces prior to the application.
Belzona Facts
Belzona 1111 was chosen for this application due to its ability to strongly bond to a steel substrate. Without the ability to weld or drill holes in the tank, Belzona's cold curing product was the best and only option.
