Application Situation
Glass lined process vessels used in the manufacturing process.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona System Leaflet TCC-3. Specific attention had to be given to the grit blasting and application to ensure damage was not caused to glass lining.The coating must align perfectly to the full circumference of the glass lineing in the vessel.

Sister plant in Kentucky use Belzona for same application. Following detailed discussions with the client the Belzona 1392 was selected for the application and a full turnkey application service offered to ensure application met the stringent requirements. Belzona has provided an extremely cost effective solution by reducing down-time and extending the longevity of the asset life. The application is now specified when new or refurbished glass lined vessels are ordered.
