Application: TCC-Tanks and Chemical Containment Areas (TCC)
Substrate: Carbon steel and hardened stainless steel
Customer Location: Sugar Mill, Arcis Sur Aube, France
Application Date: November 2016
Problem: Sugar diffusers are notoriously difficult to protect because they offer limited access. However, they are highly susceptible to abrasion, accelerated by the high temperature of the water (up to 90°C (194°F)) and an added chemical. Therefore, protection is often necessary.
