Problem: The seams on the floor in the large animal surgery room had split open, allowing bacteria to flourish underneath. The floor had to be sealed.

Application Situation
Large animal surgery room.
Application Method
The floor was cleaned and disinfected, and then allowed to dry. A roughing tool was used to abrade the surface. Belzona 2911 was applied and allowed to cure. The area was masked off and Belzona 2221 was brushed on with Belzona 9341 to bridge the seam. The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet FPA-6.
Belzona Facts
Belzona solved the problem in a very cost-effective manner. The only alternative solution was a complete replacement of the flooring, which was deemed too expensive.
