Problem: Sloppy pin fit allowed too much movement in the bucket arm. The bushing wore away allowing metal damage and lifting problems.

Application Situation
Loader lost a grease fitting and lack of regular lubrication resulted.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet MPT-7. The new bushing was used to form the new pin fit with Belzona® 1111.
Belzona Facts
Line Boring the fits was over $3000. The Belzona repair was less than $500. Repair lasted over 5 years. The repair was completd in a 5 hour period while the alterntive was a weeks downtime
