Application was carried out in accordance with the modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet TCC-8. The irregular shim was created by filling the gaps between vessel heels and concrete supports with Belzona® 4111.

Conventional repairs required long shutdown period. They also have poor adhesion to metal and concrete substrates and low chemical resistance. Belzona application was fast, providing excellent adhesion to different substrates together with excellent chemical protection.
