Problem: After years of use, impeller had cuts and holes that had to be repaired or impeller be replaced. The mill did not want to buy a new one if the impeller could be repaired.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-11.

Belzona Facts

Customer had used other Belzona products to successfully lengthen the time between replacement and also improve efficiency of equipment. The impeller was coated for 75% of the cost of a new impeller.
