Application Situation

Obsolete rock crusher from the 1950s. It has 300lb hammers on it. Used in the cement plants own quarry.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System leaflet MPT-2.

This application had untold savings from downtime as plant was unsure what to do with no immediate alternative. The reliability engineer has been monitoring this for 2 years and the repair is holding up well day to day.
