Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leflet VPF-11a. Plates were tailor made on site to completely encapsulate the nozzle. Once bonded, the whole nozzle was also wrapped.
Fatos Belzona
Due to the location, attempting to hot-work/weld repair the nozzles, was not an option. Replacing the nozzle was not possible within a reasonable time frame and would have been very expensive and caused major plant down time. The work was done via a Belzona approved application company and saved the client Millions in lost downtime.
