Problem: A purge tank was getting corroded to the point that hot water was seeping through small holes in the tank. Leakage and safety were a great concern.

Application Situation
Purge tank with hot water.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance to modified versions of Belzona's Know-How System Leaflets TCC-1 and TCC-15.
Belzona Facts
The use of Belzona to bond patches over most affected sections proved to be quicker and easier to do than welding. Replacing the tank would have been almost impossible due to costs.
