Problem: Rubber press roll had a hole caused by a tool impact, which made the roll unusable and not being able to create a smooth gasket.

Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-9. The surface preparation and the application was carried out with the use of hand tools.

The cost of the Belzona materials used for the application was less than $100. Replacement of the roll would have cost the asset owners thousands of dollars.
