Способ применения
The application was carried out with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-6. The job timeline was critical. For surface preparation, the areas were aggregate blasted. Belzona 1811 was applied with a backer plate over the hole. Belzona 1811 was then applied over other worn areas. The vessel was force cured for start up.

A hole in the separator was shooting out water and valuable product, causing a safety issue as well as a money loss. Belzona was able to repair the hole in a single 8 hour shutdown with no lost time.
