Problem: Leaks developed at the welds joining the vacuum lines to the face of the drum. The inside diameter of the drum was so deteriorated that there was some flexing at the drum face.

Anwendungsverfahren
The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How Leaflet TCC-1.
Belzona-Fakten
After six weeks, the customer decided to check the repairs, believing that they were probably beginning to fail. Six repair areas were ground off, and no problems were observed. They were re-done as before, and the drum returned to service, saving the company over $3 million.
