Problem: Most parts of the vertical water pump shaft sleeve appear over 1 mm abrasion, causing serious vibration during operation, which leads to increase in energy consumption of the electric engine and safety risks. Due to the large abrasion area and its thickness, brush plating and bead welding repair are unavailable.

Application Situation

The water pump is manufactured in a Chinese domestic pump factory. The shaft is a vertical circulating water pump spindle with a shaft power of 2034KW and a flow rate of 37620 m3 / h.
