Application Situation
The inlet scroll and bellmouth of a gas-fed turbine was previously coated with an inadequate coating.
Application Method
The entire inlet scroll and bellmouth were blasted to a near white metal stadard. A stripe coat to all welds and seems was hand-applied and then a top coat of two coats of Belzona 5892 were installed.
