Problem: The horizontal mating face of the mill was damaged due to impact. Therefore this had to be rebuilt in order for the equipment to operate correctly.

Application Method

The surface was roughened by using an angle grinder. Belzona 1111 was applied in excess before a specially fabricated was used to restore it to the original dimensions.

Belzona Facts

This may be subject to excessive mechanical loads but due to the excellent compressive strength the Belzona repair is able to cope.
