Problem: A 10 meter section of the top layer rubber on a belt wore out.

Application Situation

The client needed a fast solution to assist them until the next outage.

Application Method

After abrading the belt, it was cleaned and degreased with Belzona 9111. A thin layer of Belzona 2911 Conditioner was applied to the damaged section.
Once the conditioner was touch dry, Belzona 2131 was applied and allowed to fully cure.

Instead of shutting the entire section down to replace the belt, Belzona saved the client time and money.
