Problem: During periods of heavy rain, sheets of water were were falling onto production machinery and stock causing major issues. The client requested that the worst affected areas were prioritised and that all the gutters would be treated to repair the leaks.

Application Situation
A total of 8 valley gutters were in need of repair at a large plastic extrusion company. 
Application Method
In accordance with System leaflet RPA-06, the gutters were totally cleaned and obvious holes were repaired Belzona 1212.  Belzona 3921 (GSC Surface Conditioner) was applied to all surfaces, followed by application of the full Belzona 3111 system.
Belzona Facts
The client had tried various repair products in the past and, on this occasion, decided to have Belzona 3111 applied to ensure the repair was robust and no "false savings" were made.  A regular contractor, used by Belzona for three generations, carried out the work which was celebrated by the client as being one of the better applications the company had seen.
