Application Situation

This was a complete overhaul of the pump. Several years of operation (cooling water with small steel particles) resulted in a damaged stator, rotor and bearings.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP - 1, 2 & 3.

Belzona Facts

The alternative methods for restoring this pump were very limited and very time consuming. The Belzona solution avoided a costly replacement of the pump and was done in a much shorter amount of time.
