31 year old damaged pump.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona system leaflet CEP-3. The pump and impeller prepared by gritblasting. Damage in the pump and impeller was rebuilt with Belzona 1311 and coated with Belzona 1321. The impeller was balanced and pump rebuilt with original parts.

Belzona Facts

It was impossible to buy a new pump, because these pumps were no longer manufactured. If the Customer bought a new pump then they would of had to buy several more new pieces of equipment downstream of the pump. The Belzona solution avoided these costly measures and will extend the service life of the pump.
