Application Situation
Hopper was experiencing extreme rate of corrosion due to salt contamination and wear. Customer wanted a solution that would have better longevity in terms of protection than previously explored options.
Application Method
Hopper was grit blasted to the required level of cleanliness as recommended in the products IFU. After require QA/QC checks, Belzona was applied and post application testing was done for require parameters.

Belzona was able to protect the hopper better than previously used coatings as after a year, hopper still appears in good shape.
