Application Situation
Discharge head, discharge elbow, column pipes, upper casing and suction bells of a Cooling Tower Water Circulation Pump.
Application Method
The applications were undertaken in accordance to modified versions of Belzona Know-How System Leaflets CEP-5, CEP-3, CEP-4. Belzona 1111 was applied directly over the blasted metal surface to rebuild weld joints, pitting, depression and eroded surface. For internal surfaces, apply two-coats with Belzona 1341. For External surfaces, the surface was primed with Belzona 3921 two coats of Belzona 5811 were applied.

Application performing in service is great and the customer is very satisfied. They have agreed to recommend Belzona in place of alternate systems for all future applications of this nature.
