Problem: Leaks in expansion joints were causing losses of valuable cooling water. Client needed a cost effective way to stop the leaks.

Application Situation

Plant planned a short outage to seal the water leaks. Belzona needed to be there non-stop to supervise these repairs.

Application Method

Remove old sealants. Grit blast and and insert backer. Apply 2911 and Belzona 2211 to verticals and Belzona 2221 to horizontals.
