Problem: The metal on the front of the loader was being subjected to chemical attack due to the battery acid. A coating was required which would be able to protect it from further chemical attack due to exposure to the battery acids.

Application Situation

battery acid spillages onto the loader had caused the previous coating to fail, leaving the metal below open to chemical attack.

Application Method

The areas that required protection were grit blasted back to white metal. Belzona 4311 was then mixed and applied.
