Application Situation

Customer was having to replace rollers every time the previous coating failed at a huge cost.
Recoating rollers was considerably less expensive then replacement.

Application Method

- Rollers grit blasted to provide rough, clean surface for maximum adhesion.
- Belzona 1821 applied using short bristle brushes.
- Once the Belzona 1821 is applied, grit can be incorporated into the wet surface.
- Allow the system to cure as per the Belzona guidelines
