问题: This engineering room caused water penetration into a critical facility located below. The leaks were caused by the drain being located at a higher elevation than the floor, the lack of sealant around the drains, lack of curbs and thresholds to keep the water contained, lack of concrete sealant.

施工方法

Belzona materials were used to install new curbs and thresholds and to provide a protective sealant to the flooring. Belzona 3121 was used to seal the areas between piping and the floor. The threshold at the door and curbs around the piping were built with Belzona 4131. To avoid a trip hazard and to ensure safety the thresholds were coated with Belzona 4411 Yellow. Then, the entire floor was coated with Belzona 5231 for chemical and water protection as well as to provide a non-slip and easy-to-clean finish. No more leaks jeopardizing the critical facility below.
