Problem: The customer needed a long term solution to protect the lower portion of a Dryer Box tank. These tanks operate at higher temperatures and face abrasive attack.

Application Situation

The Belzona 1813 was chosen for this application due to the long term life cycle expected. The performance data compared to any other products were unmatched.

Application Method

The unit was abarasive blasted to SSPC-SP10 with a minimum 3 mil dense and angular profile. The Belzona 1813 was applied with plastic applicators and trowels.
