Belzona Facts
The alternative options were to weld and machine back to the original surface, however this option was not chosen as it would not have solved the issue of galvanic corrosion. The second option was to replace the connecting flange using a part made from aluminium. However, this proved to be a costly option. The Belzona solution prevents galvanic corrosion and repairs the damage without the need to replace any parts, saving the customer time and money.
