Application Situation

Application was completed on unit that was outside. Customer erected tent and applied electric heat at 65 deg F.

Application Method

The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How Sustem Leaflet HEX-1 for repairing eroded-corroded tube sheets.. The surface was prepared by grit basting and the surface was washed with Belzona 9111. The tubes were plugged with rubber stoppers and Belzona 1111. The second cost of Belzona 1321 was applied in accordance with Belzona Instructions for Use.
