Application Situation

Working within a very small window of opportunity, the client needed a quick and long term fix. Belzona had proved itself many times on site, so the client had no reservations in approaching the local engineer for a solution

Application Method

Remove all loose materials and vacuum
Mix and apply Belzona 4911 TX Conditioner
Create former and apply Belzona 9411 release agent to internal surfaces
Mix and apply Belzona 4111 and trowel off
Allow to cure and remove released woodwork

Belzona Facts

To recast concrete to this area would have been unsuccessful. The client needed a quick turnaround and an extreme durable product that would at least outlast concrete. 5 years on and the repair is still performing as expected, with a few scratch marks showing it's durability to heavy impact
