Application Situation

The customer required solution that can protect the equipment for years to come against the corrosion and erosion effects over high temperatures up to 100 °C.

Application Method

1. Grit Blasting was done to achieve a near-white metal surface and a minimum 75 µm profile.
2. As per Belzona IFU, we applied a 2-coat system of Belzona 1391T, each of 450 µm thickness to reach a total DFT of 800-900 µm.
