Problem: Damage to asphalt coated roof causing water ingress resulting in spalling concrete underneath. There was also severe plant growth.

Dilapidated asphalt coated concrete roof
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with FPA-1, RPA-1 and RPA-6. All of the damaged asphalt and plant growth was removed and the damaged concrete was rebuilt with Belzona 4131 . Belzona 3131 was subsequently applied to the entire area to prevent further water ingress.
Belzona Facts
The customer chose Belzona as they had previous experience of using our systems and have gained confidence in the results. The entire application took around 8 days to complete, therefore there was minimum disruption to the customer saving them time and money.
