Problem: Strong abrasion caused damage to the surface of the dump.

The missing original material was filled with the Belzona 1813 product.

Belzona 2111 product application.

Belzona 1813 was applied at a thickness of 5 mm.

Belzona 2111 was applied at a thickness of 3 mm.

Application Situation

Strong abrasion of products for the production of building materials caused damage (loss of material) to the dump. This caused production outages and equipment breakdowns.

Application Method

Surface blasting to the required Sa2.5 standard. Degreasing. Application of Belzona 1813 to the cleaned surface of the device in a total thickness of 5 mm to level the unevenness of the internal surface. Blasting and roughening of the surface. Belzona 2911 conditioner application + Belzona 2111 application.

Production outages and equipment breakdowns caused problems in production. By combining the Belzona 1813 and 2111 products, we have eliminated the need to repair the dump every month.
