Problem: The tire had a cut which penetrated right through the wall, requiring repairs to be performed not only on the outside but on the inside of the tire as well.

Application Method
The affected areas (both inside and outside of the tire) were abraded then fully cleaned and degreased. Then, the substrate was conditioned using Belzona 2911 (Elastomer QD Conditioner). Belzona 2311 (SR Elastomer) was then mixed and applied incorporating Belzona 9341 (Reinforcing Tape) to the area around the damage.
Belzona Facts
The tire was returned to service and is performing as good as new. This Belzona repair was quick and easy to complete, saving time and money to the end client.
