Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet MPT-1. Hand portable lathe was used to machine the pivot.
Belzona Facts
Welding would have taken a long time with risk of the bending/structural distortion. Belzona solution is corrosion resistant and quickly and accurately restored original dimensions.  In the year 2019, after 3 years production, company needed to repair it. This is a sliding bearing with bronze seating. They acknowledged a mistake; they forgot about lubrication for some time… When we arrived to see it,  Belzona 1111 was still in place, but not bronze seating. It was enough to apply a thin layer of Belzona 1111 and change the bronze bearing.
