Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona system Leaflet TCC-5. After preparing substrate by grit blasting, Belzona 1111 was used to rebuild the areas of pitting and corrosion, and then coated with Belzona 1321 to provide erosion-corrosion protection in the lower section of the tank. .

Belzona products safely protected the tank from corrosion and allowed a fast and easy back to service with an in-situ application. This avoided replacement of the equipment, making significant savings. Belzona 1321 is suitable for potable water use, making it the ideal coating for this scenario.
