Application Situation

The customer was considering replacing the water pump, whose efficiency had decreased as a result of the long operating time. Then they applied to Belzona to save the pump.

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets CEP-3 & CEP-5

Belzona Facts

The surface was made ready for application by grit blasting in SA 2.5 Standard. The lost surfaces were recovered by filling repairs with Belzona 1311. Then, Belzona 1321 coating was made and the pump body gained high corrosion resistance.
