Application Situation

Auxiliary cooling water pump

Application Method

Application was carried out in accordance with modified versions of Belzona Know-How system leaflets CEP-1 & -3. An anchor point was drilled and fixed through the casing. Belzona® 1311 was used to restore the required profile using timber formers to gain required shape. Belzona® 1321 applied to give area erosion corrosion protection.

Belzona Facts

This pump had lasted only two years before these repairs were required. The repaired pump has been in service since 2007 and is still running with no additional repairs required.
