Belzona® 3111 To Waterproof A Stunning New Build Development

Application Situation:

Three new builds required a water and weatherproofing system for a surface area of 2700m2 (29,000ft2)

 
 

Problem:

The construction company specified that the system had to be able to take any shape, such as curves and vertical walls. It had to bond firmly to concrete and be able to welcome and support tiles.

Belzona 3111 (Flexible Membrane)

Application Method:

Belzona 3111 was rolled onto the roof to completely encapsulate it. Then it was overcoated with an adhesive to bond the tiles.

 
 

Belzona Facts:

Belzona 3111 was one of the only proposed materials which could support the tiles as well as meeting the other requirements.
