Application Situation:

Conveyor belt carrying rejected newspapers.

Large hole torn in the belt caused by a metal tool being dropped onto the belt.

Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet SHM-1.

Belzona Facts:

Due to the nature of the customers business and the need for this particular belt to be running almost 24 hours a day seven days a week, it was impossible to replace the belt and would cost around £3000. Utilising the Belzona system it cost them around £40 in materials and they got the belt back up and running within 2 hours, in time for the next print run.
