Application Situation
Compressors used to boost process and cool gases in the steel production process.
Application Method
Application was carried out using a modified version of Belzona System Leaflets PDP-4, FBC-2 and FBC-5. Pitting damage repaired with Belzona® 1111 and internal casing and lobe protected with Belzona® 1391.

Initial compressor completed as a trial. As a result of this successful trial further units have since been coated.
