Problem: Attritor brick was detreating needed a solution to add longer life to the equipment.

Application of Belzona 9811 tiles (bonded with Belzona 1511).

Grout completed with Belzona 1813.

Application Situation

Customer needed to add more life to the equipment. It was suggested to use Belzona 9811 tiles for additional abrasion resistance and customer agreed.

Application Method

Equipment was cleaned Belzona 1511 was used to build up low areas and to bond in Belzona 9811 tiles. Belzona 1813 was used as the grout due to temperature requirements.
